Toyota Harrier conversion kits?

I wonder if any of you clever people have any idea where I can get my Toyota Harrier (1998) aka LexusRX300, converted to English. Everything is in Japanese, and the TV, DVD, RADIO doesn't work in England. Preferably not going to Japan (lol) .
