hi guys im back looking for more answers. today i got my car back at a price as we went to police station to produce documents. will my bf get summons through door or should he have been charged at police station?

I'm sure youa re only jesting doc, but I think we established doc from the earlier thread that prison was almost certainly not going to be the outcome.
But I think caila25 herself should also be expecting to be charged- in her case with allowing her car to be driven by someone when she knew there was no longer any insurance because of unpaid premiums.
