hi guys just thought id update you with this problem, my bf has got his summons to court for 9th july and it has really hit him now think he has realised what a mess ive made. at solicitors on monday which is also costing. i thought i would of got summons to any ideas?

And it is "I would HAVE got summons" not "would of".
