For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Try spraying some lubricant down the guide rails - this is where either end of the window slides up and down. PTFE based lubricant is best but WD40 will work though you'll have to do it frequently.
If it continues to go up and down unevenly then you need to take the door panel off. Behind the panel will be a thick polythene sheet to stop water getting inside the car from the inside of the door. Remove the sheet making sure not to rip it. Try the electric window again and you'll be able to see what's happening/going wrong. The guide rails have a tendency to move so with the window at the very bottom slacken the guide rail and push the window and guide back so it's a very snug fit. Retighten and try the window. Put plenty of lubricant on the guides!
