It all depends on your circumstances so if anyone says one insurer is the best, it may be for them but not you. try these above and see what they come up with. Three drivers in our family are with each one of the above but if they swapped insurers between them it would be more expensive. Happy hunting.
I have been with Direct line for the last few years. Every year i check through whats available but they have been cheapest.
(If it helps am 23 with a littleish car). Women only firms have not even come close (diamond etc).
However.... i recently checked on Tesco and they are significantly cheaper than my current so will be going to them next.
It really does depend on your car, and it is worth a quick check around - i was quoted at first prices with �1500 pounds between them! Confused.com does some of the legwork, but dont buy through them as they get commission.
My boyfriend generally goes with elephant as they can be really good on sporty expensive cars, but he is also swapping to Tesco as their prices are so competitve!
