whats the procedure for getting them removed from my licence?

is it worth the bother? because they won't count towards anything, so if its just a case of a note on the licence im not that bothered...

thanks

No points may be removed before 4 years have elapsed (points for some offences remain for 11 years).

ABerrant has already posted the same link that I did yesterday but, if you want to know how to get the points off your licence (after 4 years), see here:

ah ok, i was told it was 3 years...thanks all
Thanks for the reply.

For clarification, points only remain valid for totting up purposes for 3 years but can't be removed from a licence until either 4 years or 11 years (as per the first link above) have elapsed.
