banned in france

a friend was instantly banned for 2 months and fined 135 euros by a motorcycle cop whilst driving in france his licence was taken away from him. he is now back in england and has had his licence posted back with a very legalese french document. is that the end of it does he have to communicate in any way when the two months are up. any ideas hopefully ceasar

There is no cross EU cooperation, he is banned in France for 2 months and wiill also now have a French driving record. This will not effect him except in France.
