Mine took an hour @ £35......no fortunes to be made at that business.

Hi Jaydah - no, don't want to start doing MOTs. Mine needs doign ASAP and my husband usually takes it (but he is swamped with work) - if I take it I have to take our 2 year old twins with me (luckily the others will be back at school as I really wouldn't fancy going with all of them).

Two done recently - about 45 mins each and they were half-price (about £25).

The given set time for an MOT is 45 minutes, any less than that then its not being done properly. It can take more time on some diesels due to warming the oil up first.
