My friend has an old scooter which she bought about 4 yrs ago and has never registered it in her name, she has never driven it and its been kept in her garage, she has also lost the original log book!. She has since run into debt and wants to sell the scooter to her brother what does she have to do about registering it please? Many thanks in advance :)

She can sell it & let him register it.

Sell it to him and he can use the receipt/invoice and a V5C to obtain a new log book.
