Only if you are driving more than 50 miles between drops.

Sorry, peter, for leading you astray.
I think you are only exempt from wearing a seatbelt in LGV's if you are doing multidrop deliveries.
Only 50 meters between drops AND in a suitbaly adapted vehicle. The only exemption is firebrigade (on route to emergency) and police.
