my vehicle was recently caught doing 60 in a 30, i was sent the forms to fill in about who was driving but there are at least 6 people who have access to this car i asked for the pictures to be sent to me so i could identify the driver but the pictures were unclear.
they have sent me the forms again telling me it is illigal not to inform them who was driving, but i dont know who was driving and i dont know what to do
the car was caught on a mobile camera and the police say they have a video of the icident

Imagine that something serious had happened, like a child being killed. In the unlikely event of a witness taking the car number accurately, it should lead to the driver being traced. The usual procedure in companies that run 'pool cars' is to keep a log book showing who was driving at any time. The keys are signed out and signed back in.
