I left my broken down car on a grass verge of a dual carriageway,A470,it was there for the day ,I went back to it in the evening to tow it away and it had been taken by the Police,who said they have the power to do this as I did not tell them it was there,it is going to cost me �105 to have it back,can they do this,the car is taxed,insured and has a current MOT test certificate.
