Check out the small ads. in NME.

Advertise in tyour local musical instrument shop.

Place ads in your local live music venues.

Visit any local band and offer your services if they are stuck any time - or ask if they know anyone looking for a drummer.

Any of those should get you started - it's about networking, but some cold-calling will get you off and (a-ha-ha) rolling!

Be prepared to take some "stick" from your mates. If you can "kick" any problems into touch and "snare" yourself a good deal, it's a great status "cymbal" and I take my "hat" off to you.

Upload a clip of ur playing on utube or such site.....and wait for contacts.

If you are a professional drummer then surely you must have contacts yourself from previous employment and musicians who also know other musicians that can help, try asking them.

What type of band are you seeking and what style do You play?

IE: Jazz drummer seeks to join modern rock band.
