Im not sure if this the one you are after but I know AMICI (the opera band) have done an official track for the olympics

Thanks Greedfly. I'm sure your write about the official song. The TV ad though has a rock tune behind it and I think its Hate to Say I told you so, by The Hives (but I'm still not sure). Course its not on any more! Cheers Phil
