Just searched on Google and Peter Kays lookalike / tribute act is a guy called Lee Lard, but not totally convinced it's him - he looks a bit different in the video??

Ok , lets clear this up once and for all! When Peter Kay is walking alongside Dorathy ( Heather Mills ) the scare crow is played by Danny Baker. When Tony Christie's in the middle and peter Kays on his right (his left) the dude on the other side in the dinner jacket is his looky likey!! sooorrrrtted peeps!
