Music to Jog by
Hi All
I've just taken up jogging & want listen to some inspirational instrumental tunes with a bit of a rhythm while I'm pounding the local lanes..
Any suggestions ?

It's too beautiful and melodic, and by the end of Hallelujah you'll be howling. Try The Chemical Brothers, or Rhythm and Stealth by Leftfield. Personally, I'd choose Queens Of The Stone Age's Song for the Deaf.
I took up cycling a few months ago and decided to get some music to listen to (quietly!). I put about 4 hours of dance / electronic music on it. Went out for my 1st ride and was back in an hour utterly knackered. I found myself cycling to the beat, which was too higher pace for me at the time. So, piece of advice, play something fairly sedatory....
