i'm looking for a song

it's a nineties sounding r'n'b song with a repetetive keyboard melody but amazing lyrics- i know its starts with "Chasing the rainbows!" and the words "think about it..." repeated alot. at the end there's a man voice who paraphrases Matthew 25:29 i think??? about three servants and their talents and the servant with one talent who buries it in the ground. it asks what you are going to do with your talent, your gift from God. I'm not even religious but find it so inspirational... only heard it about three times though! if anyone could help i'd be really grateful. thanks.
