Old Bands Reforming...

What old bands or groups would you like to see reform?

As most of you know, my musical taste is pretty shocking, so it will come as no surprise that I am absolutely THRILLED by the recent ITV 'The Big Reunion' get together.

Got me thinking though, who would you like to go and see, just one last time? Maybe a band you've seen before, or someone you never got the chance to.

I would love Wham! to get back together for a one-off gig! :-)

I'm going to see Blondie in July, Methyl!

My Mum went to see Rumours of Fleetwood Mac a few weeks ago. She said they were brilliant! There's a Led Zeppelin tribute band playing locally soon and i'm swithering whether to go not.

Fleetwood Mac are at o2 in Sept.

The only band I'd like to see back together is The Verve.

Glasgow on the 1st and Edinburgh on the 2nd... There's other UK dates but i'm not sure the exact days. I'm seeing them on the 1st and then The Smashing Pumpkins on the 2nd! :D

MM, I've just seen your answer about Racey, it made me piss, I remember being in Butlins on a school trip and Some Girls Will got played about 20 times every night in the disco lol

methyl - you must have been at Guilfest the same night as me. I saw Blondie there too. I saw some good bands there (Simple Minds, Van Morrison, James etc) but no more guilfest - the organisation has gone bust, owing £300,000

LOL - it was very muddy last year .. and I (like an idiot) turned up in pale coloured trousers. There`s a good little new festival run by Radio Jackie in surrey now (3rd year this year) called HappyDays. It`s mainly soul though.
