Wouldn't bother me. I can manage a flight without the urge to it pork or the need for alcohol.
And thats just Scratching the surface trt.
I'm surprised anyone has ever managed to identify any of the mystery meats served by airlines.

Doesn't bother me if they've removed pork. It will narrow down the list of possibilities.
i doubt if i ever would anyway, but why do they feel it necessary to be dictated to that way. Why indeed can they not have a choice that pleases everyone.
Airline food is crap so I can't say it'd bother me too much and to be honest I didn't know they put alcohol in the grub.
Don't worry Ummmm, it's just the alcohol in the food that is being withdrawn.

They will still drag a fully loaded bar past your seat.
rocky, alcohol to drink not in the grub, unless its pig in swill or some such delicacy. It makes me wonder what the sheikhs will all eat and drink now, seeing how many don't observe their own laws, or at least that was the case once upon a time.
I guess Richard Bacon will struggle to get a seat......
Bothered even less now :-)
I wonder if this will affect Arsenal FC, maybe have to stop selling pork pies, sausage rolls and hot dogs.
there would be a riot at Arsenal, mind you supposing they have been eating horsemeat all along...
LOL ^^^^^^^
is that why some of the supporters keep jumping over the fences...
Fly AB airlines...free pork and booze ! Lol
The whole point of these partnerships is to pick up other airlines passengers and share routes. So someone might come from Bristban on Qantas and then want to get Emirates to the US. As Emirates is the airline of a Muslim country and many of the passengers will be Muslim, I can completely understand why Qantas have done it.
Yep minty and the stewardesses are easy on the eye ;-)
If that affects your judgement as to who to fly with fair enough. I'm petrified of flying but if I had to go I'd choose Qantas because of their safety record..............
You watched Rainman then, Crafty
If you fly out of the Middle East on any airline, all the food will be halal anyway.
Em, I'm not reading it that way, it says meals won't be prepared with pork or alcohol.
