Does anyone know of a site where I could purchase an old CD (probably 60's). All help gratefully received.

Try Ebay.
Any particular CD ??
Is it a particular CD that you want Tizzi?
I don't think they made CDs in the 60s. In fact I'm sure they didn't.

I know CD's weren't actually around in the 60's, but most music is now available on CD .......

Thank you all for your answers. Yes I know CD's weren't around in the 60's, but a lot of music from the 60's (although I'm thinking now it may be the 70's) has been put on CD. I want Val Doonican's "Morning In the Country" for my mum, but haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Try YouTube - there are sites that can make mp3s from YouTube - not that I'm advocating breach of copyright!
They've got it on vynil on ebay at the moment - also loads of Val Doonican compilation CDs if that might help
