My sister slept at the head of the queue for the Beatles, back in 1963. I was too young to join her. I was furious.
A couple of years later my friends and I camped out for Walker Brothers tickets, although we cheated a bit because one of my friend's father was a doctor and his surgery was just up the road, so we slept there until 3 in the morning and then started the queue.
There isn't anyone I'd sleep out for now. I've been lucky enough to have seen most of my heros, david bowie, frank Sinatra and sammy davies jnr, rolling stones, genesis and others; now if I can't get it online i don't go.
