After watching the X Factor at the weekend they played some music in between, and I knew the music, but could not place it. Just played snippets, of it, I have completely gone blank on it and I can't give any clues sorry. Any ideas ?

The piece I heard is Heart of Courage by Two Steps From Hell(they specialise in trailer music, similar to X Ray Dog).
Heart of Courage has been used in many trailers/online videos, most notably The Chronicles Of Narnia, Voyage of the Dawntreader trailer:
