Whippet - Dog or bitch?

what are the virtues of choosing a Whippet dog over a Whippet bitch? or vice versa?

As with all breeds of dog the males are normally bigger and more proctective of ther terrotory ie there owners,toys food ect the bitches are less so and generally more affectionate the down side of a bitch is the seasons but if you get them spayed this isent a problem hope this helps
