So Good- But Where Have I Heard It Before

This current hit single is one of my favourites at the moment but although she is a new artist and has only just recorded this I am sure I have heard it before.

I am sure there was a very similar record out around 6 months ago. When I heard that 6 months ago I thought it was ripping off something from years ago- a combination of Portishead's "Glory Box" and I Monsters "Daydream in Blue (I fell asleep among the flowers)".

Or maybe when you get to our age every song sounds like something you've heard before.

Can anyone suggest where I might have heard Louise Johnson 'So Good' song before? Does it sound familiar to anyone else

Even though I've not heard it before, it does have a familiar sound to it. It does seem reminiscent of the Little Boots - New In Town song in parts!

The problem is that Ms. Johnson's voice sounds an exact copy of Meghan Trainor.

I would never do as my father always used to do, and moan that pop records all sound the same, but in this case, they actually do.
