These guys are professionally-trained Russian musicians, who make their living by busking throughout major European cities (and through sales of their CDs). I saw them perform in Colgne and they were fantastic:

One of the best groups down here are the Phat Bollards...real social commentary. Apparently they're so good they also perform professionally.
