Does anyone know what the name of the song is where they cycle through Salford and people follow?

the was originally released as the video for "i started something i couldn't finish" in the UK. However as the band grew in popularity especially in the US, it was then used on "there is a light that never goes out" as this was a more popular choice of single than "i started something....".


Nowadays it is only ever used with the "there is a light....". The original is on the complete smiths DVD.
