Late 80's female singer

Sorry this is a bit vague, but can anyone remember a female British singer in the late 80's (similar to Sam Brown but I don't think it was her)? She had a song called The Kissing ....something, can't remember what the last word was, maybe moon. I used to have the album but I can't for the life of me remember what she was called.

Sam Brown did have a hit in 1990 called Kissing Gate, which came from the album April Moon. Is that the one?

Could it be Kissing with Confidence by Will Powers or Kiss the Rain by Billie Myers (both female artist) .

Cheers littleoldme - that's the one - you're a star. I was obviously getting the Kissing bit mixed up with the April Moon.

Thanks also for the suggestions, Eastender - I'd forgotten about Kissing with Confidence, weird song. Don't think I remember the Billie Myers one though.
