Does anyone remember an animated short which used to be on TV c 1983-1985 which had classical

music playing in the background? I just have a foggy memory of pen drawn old

fashioned men and women in London (around the famous monuments), with water flooding the city, and the

people trying to escape. Would love to find out what the music was called.
