Help!! I am meant to be seeing Robbie Williams on friday at Milton Keynes - 4 days time - yet I still have had no tickets or even the email that is meant to be sent out with the tracking details.I rang constantly last week and was told they would def be here by today.Friday I was told they were being sent on sat morn.Still no email. And now I have just called Customer Care again and they have altered their automated system since friday and now you cannot actually speak to anybody at all - you just get a recored messahe which doesn't mention tickets!! What on earth do I do???
Where did you get your tickets from - there was an article in the press over the weekend about a lot of missing Robbie tickets from an agency that's gone belly up I think..
I have finally just manage to speak to somebody - they say my tickets were sent my Special delivery last friday and gave me a tracking ID.yet when I key it on on the Royal Mail website it doesn recognise it! I give up!
I'm still waiting for tickets for saturday at milton keynes, I've just checked the robbie website and its says if they are not with you by tuesday morning to call 08700427441.
what phone number did you ring to get tracking info, I'll try and get details for my tickets.
Thats the number I rang - it takes for ever to get hold of somebody.They gave me the tracking number that Royal Mail have sent them but they don't understand why I haven't had an email yet,and after being posted on friday they should be here now.Tooooooo stressful.
Is the tracking number for special delivery or recorded delivery?? It must be one of those if Royal mail have provided it.
Special delivery is usually by 1.00pm the next working day, so they would be delivered today if they were sent on friday. If it was recorded delivery then they might take a bit longer.
this is the latest I've ever had to wait for tickets!!!

Have just spoken to customer service again - they say that they have just had an email from Royal Mail which says that due to the high volume of mail,all tickets should have been delivered today,but will be definitely delivered to everybody by 1pm tomorrow - we shall see!!
By the way where on the RW website does it say about Milton Keynes tickets delivered by tues?? I cant see it.
Its on the first page of the robbie williams.com website, it says about the leeds tickets and then underneath about milton keynes tickets and gives out the phone number. Also if you click on "news" on the same website its there.
I paid �25 to join the Inner Sanctum on Robbie's official website and then paid for the tickets last November! The whole point of the Inner Sanctum was priority ordering and I would have hoped priority ticket delivery - obviously not!
To make it worse I just found out that even though I paid the IS to book the tix this doesnt mean that they are in the golden circle!
Apparently if you paid for seating for Wembley then you get the GC!
I've spoken to RW helpline the lady said the tickets were sent yesterday and should arrive today or tomorrow at the latest, they have been sent special delivery but due to the high volume may be delayed a day (delivered weds instead of tues)
I tried to track them online but the system ws down, rang royal mail customer service 08457 740 740 and they are out for delivery to me today.
If you had your tracking number yesterday then I would have thought you should have your tickets soon.
