Wow..ok stand by here goes....Sugar Sugar has been released God knows how many times with (it seems anyway) different B-Sides each time so here goes:

Sugar, Sugar/Feelin' So Good (Reissue) RCA

Sugar, Sugar/Sugar & Spice ?Year? *PS* Debt-CBS (3030)

and lastly Sugar, Sugar/Jingle Jangle 1980 *PS* Old Gold (9084)

These are all the UK releases only.....the US version go on much further....I would be most inclined to push for the first one as this was the original hit version.....Hope this helps!
