Song with whistling in it?!?!

There is an instrumental up-beat dance track that has repetitive whistled melody that is repeated 3-4 times each time descending in tone. Does anybody know what it is? I heard it this morning on Invicta radio, they use it as the background during their "Guess Who it is" quiz?

It is definately not Bob Sinclar, the song is entirely instrumental.
