Guitar intro

This has been bothering me for ages, if anyone could help out it'd be great! There's a song that has a famous guitar intro, I heard it yesterday on kerrang radio around 5...I caught just a bit of it, I think it may have been Guns n Roses, (it's not Sweet Child O Mine though), or a similar band. It was also played (just the guitar intro, not the whole song) on a E4 advert a couple of months ago. Please help!! Thanks...
