I'm trying to get the artist & name of a song that was in the UK charts around the same time as Oasis - Wonderwall , Space - beautiful neighbourhood , Coolio - Gangsters paradise etc Possibly 96 ish.

Anyway, the only bit i can remember is a kind of high womans voice saying : I'm not a murderer, i'm not a murderer , i'm not a murderer , I'm inn o cent ...
