theme tune

i've been trying to find the theme tune for wimbledon's 'match of the day' programme from the mid sixties.it's a slow instrumental in the style of the Shadows,they used to play a few bars at the beginning.All the theme tune cds have the current theme , as does the BBC website.I'm beginning to think it wasn't a full length piece but just those few bars!

It is called Surf Rider (not the one that was in Pulp Fiction) and was written and performed by Rhet Stoller.
I have it on an old L.P. of BBC sporting themes.
