i remember in 2000 i was listening to a song i think it was r&b and i cant remember the name i think it was called sorry or in the song he was saying sorry for cheating etc please help driving me mad!!

Could have been "Sorry" by Monsta Boy. Kept repeating I'm sorry and something like "for cheating with your best friend" (if I remember correctly.
