Name of two songs

At the start of "10 things i hate about you", when theres loads of girls in the car listning to the radio, does anyone know the title of the song? (It has the words: vanilla is the finest flavour, in it)? Does anyone know the name of the song with the words "ive got soul but im not a soldier" in it?

the first song could be 'One Week' by Bare Naked Ladies. Try searching for the lyrics and see if they match up. Alternatively go onto stlyrics.com and look for the film. It has the soundtrack listing for heaps of films, so it could be on there. The second song is 'all these things I've done' by (the) Killers

there is a service called SHAZAM SONG FINDER available if you have a mobile. (it doesn't work on 3G at the moment). all you need to do is ensure that the track is playing quite loudly dial 2580 and hold your mobile close to the speaker. do not disconnect, shazam will do it for you after about 30 - 60 secs, they will then text you back with the song details. although every now and again they don't know. good luck.
