how do i say thanks back to some one

if i ask a question and it gets answerd how do i respond back and say thanks, or if i find out my own question how to reply back? the question i posted yesterday was answerd i am very thankful, it was a song tittle form the code red comerical great song,

Most people check back on answers they've given, to see if there's any response. To thank someone for their answer, simply post a reply to your own question. (It will appear with a cream-coloured background, to show that it's from the original questioner). You can also use the 'rate this answer' option, to award stars to the questioner.

To find your original question, click on 'My profile' (at the top left of the screen). Then click on 'My questions'.
