80's germanic pop

i hear a song on the radio sometimes, but i either miss the dj or he simply does not say what song it is. female singer who sounds german (maybe propaganda??) . lyrics are: " the frist cut won't hurt at all, the second only makes you wonder, the third will have you on your knees, you start bleeding i satrt screaming!' Sounds dark but it really is a great pop song. Any help???
