I need to know a the singer of the techno version of "The Dance" by Garth Brooks. I know that it is a female singer and it has a fast beat but kinda slow lyrics. I heard it on a burnt CD in California and I cant find it anywhere because I dont know the artist who sang the techno version. Please help
