Does anyone know the singer of 'the moving song'. As a clue some of the phrases in the song are 'cha cha real smooth' 'slide to the left - slide to the right'

I have horrible memories from twenty-odd years ago of being at a holiday park and watching grown adults doing the actions to "Superman" by Black Lace. Twenty years later, the spectre of those dark days returns. DJ Casper is the pure malevolent evil of Black Lace reincarnated and should be drowned. And I don't think any reasonable person would disagree with me.
