Opening Music Files Online

I am trying to link music files onto my website, but want them to open in Windows Media Player. Does anyone know how i can do this?

Whoever visits your site may or may not have WMP installed. If the music files are downloaded then it is their default media player that will be used. Unless you embed a media player in the webpage itself and stream the music.

If you force the link to open in a New Window, you can do this through the Target button on the Hyperlink Properties box on Frontpage, or just use html target="_blank", then they should open in the user's default player for the file rather than internet explorer.
