If you're referring to the Sky One show, it's The Long Way Round by Stereophonics. This is one of those rare shows that actually lists all the music in the end credits, though you need the pause button to read it all.

the track is called long way round, by the stereophonics but it is a non album track but will be a bonus track on the new uk album ( language sex violance other ) out around march 7th i think
