Can anyone tell me what this song is called and who sings it?? Lyrics are:

Sung by a husky voiced female. Its quite guitary - sounds like something you'd get if you put the delgados and snow patrol together.

It's been driving me crazy for so long!! Once again i call upon your brillian powers ;)
