Cozy Powell? Yes he died ina car crash in Bristol. But he was on the M4 and hit the central reservation- so i doubt there was a tree involved. He wasn't really a mid-60s rock'n'roller either. He played in a few minor bands but didn't become well known until the 70s.
Eddie Cochrane? Yes he died in a car crash but not in Bristol and he hit a lampost not a tree. He died in 1960 which isn't mid 60s.
Marc Bolan died ina car crash when he hit a tree but that was in London.
I think there is no correct answer as the question, I'm sure. is wrong. Or can Puzzleking123 confirm the question (or answer?)
