I am really interested in this, so far in my opinion 'Leave' have not put forward any sustainable reason for their opinion, it is all 'to get our borders back' , 'Go our own way', ' cut down on immigration' but not backed by any sustainable argument.
I know nothing can be proved, but in that link I consider the 'Scottish' question to be particularly true. If we do leave Scotland WILL vote to leave the UK and rejoin the EU on their own. That will mean most of the London based international financial services leaving England and moving to Edinburgh or another European center. As well as leaving us for the first time in history with a land border with an EU country you know as well as I do what that will mean for immigration!

I believe the best outcome of this referendum would be an extremely close "remain" one - so close (e.g. 50.1% to 49.9%) that another referendum would be justified within a few years (e.g. 3 years). What's needed is real change within the EU and such a close vote, where basically half the country wants to leave and the other half wants to stay, is our best chance of prompting this. Of course, if such a close vote was ignored and it was EU business as usual then the next vote would probably be for Brexit.
It would be nice to think that the same outcome would happen if the vote was 50.1% in favour of Brexit, but somehow I don't think so!

I am still waiting for a credible argument from the 'leave' camp. The comments so far seem to be just 'Rubbish' 'not true' 'ball***ks' and saying that Obama should have kept his mouth shut. Sounds like 'sour grapes' more than reasoned argument & counter argument as you would get in a proper debate.
How about 'This house believes The UK should leave the EU' with proposals and seconders from each side putting forward their arguments in the form a formal debate?

The TTIP aims to open Europe’s public health, education and water services to U.S. businesses to encourage competition and transnational trade. Opponents warn that the deal could open up public services, such as Britain’s National Health Service (NHS), to irreversible privatization. The TTIP would allow multinational health care corporations to sue national governments if government policies (such as the crucial preservation of public health services) mean the companies lose money when doing business with that country.

Something for the NHS workers in particular and the lefties in general to ponder. Perhaps its Cameron.s way of sorting the NHS.
