Dave, Jez and the rest when they say they will fight for a reformed Europe from within?

the original reason for joining EEC was to encourage trade..nowadays EU membership seems to concentrate on us bailing out irresponsible governments and financing immigrant populations...

"Dave" tried for mild reformation with the threat of a referendum in his pocket. He was sent away with four-fifths of five-eighths of Sweet Fanny Adams. The EU does not do reform. It never has and it never will. For politicians to suddenly say they will fight to reform an organisation that has been unfit for purpose for at least twenty years is taking the electorate for idiots.
