It so horrendous that one actually finds it difficult to believe. I wonder if the 79 yr old is a relative of the poor chap...even his father? If this is one case and bad as it is.....I wonder how many others have been subjected to this sort of thing in other parts of the country/world. Doesn't bear thinking about does it. So so sad....what a cruel world we live in.

Travellers, some have already been prosecuted for slave labour.

This poor guy may have been 'special needs' who knows? So sad a wasted life, I hope the rest of his days can be spent in comfort and safety.

The first thing that occured to me is that this is a wholly dysfunctional Father/Son relationship.

Whatever the circumstances, it is shocking that it has taken 40 years to come to light. I hope that the younger man can gain some quality of life and find kindness in these his latter years.
