If you have a family holiday in the EU it will cost £28 for a family of 4 for the travel registration. Now the EHIC card will be gone.. Travel insurance will be around £15... That's £88 more. Most families don't even contribute this much annually towards our current EU contribution.

So is this what was voted for?

LOL.

Whilst we're at it...

Things that don't need an apology:

Grenfell
Windrush
4.5 million kids in poverty
universal credit
destroying the NHS
homelessness up 169%
brexit
tripping national debt
Food bank use up 13&

Things that need an apology:

Calling a idiot an idiot.
But won't there be corresponding savings for NHS for treating foreign tourists? You need to look at the wider picture not just one aspect
A link please Spath.
Question Author
FF, why would the NHS stop treating foreign tourists? Why would tourism become less of a factor in the UK after brexit?

Danny it's kinda obvious, what is a link needed for?
If money is the only argument then why would you want to go on a holiday in the EU when there are better and cheaper places to go.

By levying this, people will go elsewhere and it will be a lot less revenue for the EU and after a while they will probably rescind it, as they are losing too much money from UK tourists not going.

"when there are better and cheaper places to go. "

Moot and subjective.
Spath //Danny it's kinda obvious, what is a link needed for?//
Just to show where you got the figures from.Nothing obvious about it.
>FF, why would the NHS stop treating foreign tourists?
Well if we'd have to pay for treatment in Europe why should we give tourists free treatment.

As for "4.5 million kids in poverty " do you really believe this 'fact' and do you really think poverty is worse than it was a couple of generations ago?

On average travel registration is 10 USD. And it's been spoke about that the travel registration will be about £10 - £13 (more than 10 USD, btw). It's obvious the EHIC card will be redundant. Average insurance for a week - fortnight is £15.
What idiot travels without travel insurance no matter where you go.
Spath. in other words you are speculating without any proof.

we give the EU abouttt 13 billion a year?

66.1 million people... Take a rough million off. That's 0.00395106961 U.S. dollars. Which is 0.0031 Pound sterling
Question Author
LMAO danny, if brexit isn't speculation enough. The whole thing is laying on a bed of lies, misinformation and speculation. This is some actual logic.

Am i wrong? If so can you prove how?

Eh? You do da math, spath. Can you talk us through that one
Question Author
crapatcryptics, do you know what the EHIC card is, an what it's used for?

Do you have one, if so do you also buy insurance for a week in spain?
Spath // The whole thing is laying on a bed of lies, misinformation and speculation//
So you just thought that you would add to it.
Question Author
Danny get over urself what i'm saying has logic.
OK Spath simple Laws of Supply and Demand

If the price of something goes up, less is demanded of that product. Trips to the EU countries are a product and they are competing with other non EU countries (the Americas, Africa, S E Asia, even Switzerland and Norway for your tourist cash. Less people will go on holiday to the EU countries - tourism will not stop, but it will reduce.

The EU will have to do the sums and work out whether the extra charge is worth losing the tourist revenue.

This is in addition to whatever way Britain decides to act against EU travellers.
Have you divided 65 million by 13 billion (Still doesn't give your figure but fairly close) rather than the other way round?
Spath, your so called logic doesn't wash.Nobody knows what will happen until after we have left the EU.
