Until they outline policies other than getting out of the EU it's difficult to know whether they are right or left or up or down or west, north, east, or south. As for far right it's a matter of opinion. Any party that expresses the extreme view that those who push their way to elite status are permitted to do what they like and the minions do as their told, probably...

16% Was the last figure I remembered from one of mikey's numerous updates,obviously support has dropped a little.

Can you post these facts please Methyl.

//UKIP are Far Right. Fact.//
here's a list of polls

http://ukpollingreport.co.uk/

rating Ukip from 13% to 23%. Even if the 23% is dismissed as an outlier, the average is round 15%. So talbot's question is fair enough.

For this post Methyl?

That is the problem with general Labels - they can lead to general assumptions.

Interesting that you would feel the need to stick a generic Label on yourself Buenchico. Is that because of brevity/convenience/for simplicity ?
{ no offence intended, some of my views some would say are far-right and other views I have some would say are far-left, which is why I would not call myself either ie refusing to accept a *brand* }
I voted UKIP in the last local election, we now have got rid of the tory member we used to have.
I do want us out of the EU as I think we were conned into it.
I am now going to polish my jackboots.

As for far right it's a matter of opinion. Any party that expresses the extreme view that those who push their way to elite status are permitted to do what they like and the minions do as their told, probably qualify. As for that school, it's difficult to believe anyone could be that moronic for it to be accidental. More likely either an anti-UKIP individual trying to be funny, or a weird desire for publicity for some reason.
possibly just out of date, OG. Ukip used to express stronger views than it now does with a whiff of supreme power in its nostrils. It's still expelling people who express them, but there's a reason why it attracted them in the first place. My guess is they've been using that slide for some years.
"There can be no democratic choice against the European treaties ,"

sounds far-Right to me..... it was said by Jean-Claude Junckers, President of the European Commission on the 29th Jan 2015
