Apologies if already covered - in Ireland, and can't get search facility on phone.
Should those of us born in Scotland but living elsewhere in the UK have a vote in any future referendum on this?

I would imagine procuring a vote for expats (and I would limit this to those resident within the UK) could be on application, and proof of status would be required.
It's surely not any more difficult than granting of votes in the EU referendum to expats in Europe, where there wa a length of residence condition.
I'd suspect proving one is a UK citizen might be easier than proving which country within the UK one hails from. I'd further suspect that the cost wouldn't be seen as worth it.
